I can find your milk, sometimes your icecream. Never your cottage cheese. And are you working on butter, cheeses...etc. I love the milk. It's exactly how I like it. So thumbs up from me!! As to where to find your other products in NY and more locally within NY is the question........

We have enjoyed the cottage cheese when we’ve been able to find it but can not locate it in any stores in the Alcoa/Maryville TN area. Can you tell me what local stores carry it? Thank you!

I do not like the chalky taste of the milk. After trying soy milk and Lactaid, I found Fairlife is very good, and that is what I drink. But I do enjoy the cottage cheese with fresh or canned fruit. It is the only lactose free cottage cheese I can find, and I am grateful for it.

Thanks for reaching out about this! We looked into who has our Cottage Cheese in stock around you and it looks like there are a couple Meijer Supermarkets in Richmond and Lexington that are carrying it. Thanks again, and we hope this helps!

Good but...

Can easily be used in a lasagne which is something I've missed being lactose intolerant for several years. It does need to be drained but I don't think it's overly watery the way some reviews mentioned. Also good on it's own or with some fruit. However, please consider reducing the amount of salt. It's very high compared to other cottage cheeses.

I noticed the difference in the product flavor, texture and the color of the packaging. I am not sure about whether the ingredients have changed but I am thinking that is a possibility. I am going to look for an older plastic container to see if I can compare the ingredients listed on the older packaging. This is the only cottage cheese I buy because it is the only one I have found that is lactose-free. I usually stay away from artificial ingredients and extra weird additives in my food. While it is already 380mg of sodium per serving, which is really quite high,... I would usually shake on a few sprinkles of celery salt or dulse seaweed flakes or Old Bay Seasoning or some form of Cajun Seasoning mix that doesn't have any MSG in it...which is really terrible because it is salty already! -- I like a little bit bigger curds ... the tiny curds are too tiny and it is not satisfying enough... maybe because it is low-fat and it leaves a ho-hum unsatisfied feeling unless it is doctored up with more salty sprinkles like I mentioned above or some Extra Virgin Olive Oil or some Good Season's brand Salad dressing mix made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar. Or... add some canned peaches or fruit --- All I can say is... you won't get a stomach ache from this product... but at the same time... it definitely doesn't taste like the homemade cottage cheese that was made by my Third Grade teacher, back in the 1960's. ! If you are lactose intolerant, give it a try, unless you are sodium sensitive. In that case, I would skip it and eat yogurt instead for your daily calcium intake.
