Ingredients

  • 2 cups LACTAID® Reduced Fat Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cups chopped mango

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.1.
