Chocolate Banana Shake

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup LACTAID® Reduced Fat 2% Milk
2 small bananas, frozen
3-4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons honey

Preparation

  1. Place ingredients in blender, and blend on high until smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Pour into two glasses and serve.
  2. Variation: add 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter.
